The profession-overlapping Dairy
Association of Catalonia (ALLIC) bases its main activity on the
management of the Profession-overlapping Dairy Laboratory.
The ALLIC is ruled by
the General Assembly composed at 50% of representatives of the Catalonian
Guild of Dairy Industries and at 50% of representatives of different
Catalonian Agrarian Organizations. The Assembly meets twice yearly
and chooses the representation in the Board.
